PAFFREL teams to decide observation
arrears on election day |

If you encounter
violence, follow the instructions
of your local PAFFREL team leader,
give priority for your security |

Withdraw
from a violent situation to safety
before deciding on collective action |
| |
Record your
observation at all times and collect
any supporting evidence when possible |

Record any
interventions made by you and your
team |
| |
Ask your
interpreter for all relevant information |

Provide comprehensive
reports of your observation |

Be credible,
neutral, objective all the time |
