03. ඔබේ දේශපාලන අපක්ෂපාතීත්වය පිළිබඳව සැහීමකට පත්වීමෙන් පසුව පමණක්  සහ ඉඩ ප්‍රස්ථා පවතින ආකාරයට අවස්ථාව හිමිවනු ඇත.  
04. පැෆ්රල් මැතිවරණ නිරීක්ෂණ ක්‍රියාවලියට අදාල සියලු පෝරම ඩිජිටල් මාධ්‍යයෙන් ක්‍රියාත්මක වන බැවින් (App ආකාරයෙන්) ඒ හරහා කටයුතු කිරීමට හැකියාව සහිත අයවලුන් විය යුතුය.
